Hi Alex, sorry i thought I'd left a message earlier but alas the phone must have rung and I omitted to hit the send button... In regards to noise cancellation technologies developed by the likes of NXT I will make enquiries and respond back but I will add that about 20 years ago at Farnborough Air Show I met with some guys who were making excitors that monitored and matched the vibration of the airplane to create a noise/vibration cancellation. I'm sure that this tech must have moved on somewhat since then for aircraft. NXT (the flat panel loudspeaker experts - amongst other things) licenced the technology from DERA who were creating noise cancelling technologies for fighter aircraft cockpits. It's a good tale but first I wilkl find out more....

I have to agree with you Alex and what about the party spirit, it's unbeatable. It was really good to have a Bledisloe Cup game played there (did I hear a rumour that Singapore wanted to do the same?) and the Sevens is unbeatable week if you can keep up the pace.

I have this week procured a pair of Serengeti sunglasses for less than half price (inc. shipping) of what I can get them for in Aus which led me to think that I should be doing the same for my prescription glasses.
